Rescon was established way back in 1966 to manufacture carbon film resistors and aluminium electrolytic condensers (as capacitors were then commonly called), and therefore the company name was christened Rescon; resistors-condensers.
Over the years the manufacturing of resistors was discontinued and in the capacitor division the concentration slowly but surely shifted to large can capacitors. Today our main product is the large can, high value, screw terminal type aluminium electrolytic capacitors.
We have state of the art assembly techniques and process technology that make our capacitors comparable to the best in the world, Selection of foils, use of special papers and electrolytes and multiple tab winding techniques are a few features which make our capacitors suitable for demanding duties.
Rescon is situated in the university city (now also industrialised) of Pune, which is about 160 km southeast from Mumbai. A team of professionals manage the company. The company has ISO 9002 accredition.
With more than 50 years of experience and knowledge in the field, you can confidently assume that “if it is Rescon, you are sure”
